Weddings | Private Events
As a Booth Pro for Weddings and Private Events, you’ll be the face of our photo booth experience — setting up and operating our photo booths, engaging with guests, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. Whether it's a dreamy wedding or a high-energy corporate holiday party, you’ll be in the center of the fun.
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
Punctual and responsible — events don't run themselves!
Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot basic camera and printer issues
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and attitude
Brand Activations
As a Booth Pro for Brand Activations, your role goes beyond The Photo Bus - you become a Brand Ambassador, representing local and national brands at activations and events. This role is all about creating buzz — you might be handing out product samples, collecting contact info, or encouraging people to strike a pose at one of our branded booths.
In addition to all the qualities listed previously, we’re looking for:
Outgoing, energetic, and confident in public
Able to speak clearly and enthusiastically about a brand or product
Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
Previous promo or event experience is a plus, but not required
Vendor Events
As a Booth Pro at a Vendor Event, your role will be to represent The Photo Bus St. Louis. From welcoming guests and guiding them through the photo booth experience to delivering their prints or keepsakes, you’ll ensure every interaction is smooth, fun, and memorable. We're looking for friendly, professional individuals who can represent our brand with energy and confidence in fast-paced event environments.
In addition to all the qualities listed previously, we’re looking for:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional
Previous event, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required
Looking ahead: office and Admin Roles
Although our office team is currently fully staffed, we’re a growing company with exciting things ahead. As we continue to expand, we anticipate the need for additional help with admin, logistics, customer service, and operations.
